Brief Profile
It was established in 1991 by PNDC Government with initial student population of 36. The school now has a population of 2,614 with male students numbering 874 and female numbering 1,740. A particular incident worthy of mention about the school was when the school was nearly abandoned to phase out on its own due to woefully poor enrolment in 1997/98 academic year. However, the timely intervention of the school management and the Board of Governors revamped enrolment and made the school raised its head again, and now the school is a force to reckon with in the areas of academics, sports and enrolment.
