Weta Senior High Technical

Brief Profile

Weta Senior High Technical School started as community Day School on 1st November, 2010 under the supervision of Mr. F.K.J. Tsevia, then Ketu North District Director of education. Looking at his heavy schedule, he delegated Mr. G.K. Ganyo, then at the District Education Office to organise the school.

On 1st September, 2011, Miss Margaret Abra Amehame was appointed as the first substantive Headmistress of the School. On 18th April 2012, the school was formally absorbed into the public school system.

VISION

To be a unique second cycle school in Ghana and seen as a mini university with well-endowed facilities, qualified, self- motivated and dedicated teachers who are willing and ready to impart knowledge and discipline to academically sound students to help them attain higher feats.

MISSION

To provide quality education and training to develop good morals, strong spiritual and cultural values in students to enable them fit into the society and plays their role in the development of our dear country.
