Mafe Kumase Senior High Technical

Brief Profile

Mafi-Kumasi Senior High Technical School started as a community-based secondary school and was officially opened by Mr. Kof Vigbedor, Deputy Secretary for Education on 24th October 1983. The school was absorbed into the public system in 1991. The school started with 70 students; 64 boys and 6 girls. The motto of the school is 'Determination and Sacrifice'. The school Colour is Green. The school until July 2016 was a day school. It has now assumed Day and Boarding status.

VISION

To bring Secondary and Technical Education to the doorstep of the majority of citizens of Ghana.

MISSION

To make secondary education more accessible to the majority of the youth in the area. It is hoped that with the acquisition of at least secondary education, a majority of the citizens would live up to their civic obligations and responsibilities for the development of the area. To help accelerate the socio-economic and political development of the area in particular and Ghana at large.
