Kanton Senior High

Brief Profile

Kanton Senior High School was established in 1962 as Kanton Teacher Training College to train teachers for the primary schools. In 1972 college education was substituted with secondary education. The Teacher Training College trained fourteen badges of teachers.

The school is one of the Kwame Nkrumah trust schools built around the country in the early 1960s. The school is a boarding school.
