Brief Profile

Bawku Senior High School is as a co-educational institution established in October,1963 with a student population of 50 as one of the Ghana Trust Schools established by Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah (of blessed memory) was under the leadership of Dr. Agyemang Dickson and three teachers. The school is in Bawku in the Bawku Municipality of the Upper East Region.

VISION

To transform the school into an institution of disciplined students with a high level of academic performance to achieve the goals of education. The vision of the founding fathers of the school as enshrined in its motto - “VERITAS LUX MUNDI” is to produce individuals who would always stand for the truth by virtue of their training.
