Brief Profile
It was founded in 1958 by Nii Daniel Quaye Tawiah known in private life as Nii Quaye Nungua. In 1960, the government of Ghana absorbed it as a public secondary school. The idea of founding the school was conceived in 1958 when his son, Master Enoch Otu Quaye was brought home from the Presbyterian Secondary School, Odumase-Krobo and installed as chief with the stool name Nii Odai Ayiku IV, Nungua Mantse. It was to offer the young chief, who was 15 years old then, the opportunity he so desired to continue secondary education and also be available for chieftaincy affairs.
