Brief Profile

The Secondary School KRISS, started in September 1971, but its history dates back about half a dozen years. prior to this incepation the school had existed as a four-year teacher training college from 1965 to 1971. In 1996, the Twenedurase Experimental Junior Secondary School was annexed to turn the school in Secondary Technical School. The school therefore has two campuses, the main campus at Obo and an annex at Twenedurase, one and half kilometer away.

VISION

To develop it into a Grade ‘A’ or frst-class senior high school in the Eastern Region so that it becomes a preferred school for anyone in its catchment area and beyond who desires quality education. The school will therefore, make every eﬀort to secure the necessary resources, physical infrastructure and human, to ensure the achievement of its vision.

MISSION

The school is convinced of the importance of good education in socio-economic development. To provide quality education to expand the students’ knowledge. To inculcate in them spiritual, values that can transform their lives, this will help them to become useful and responsible in the society.
