Brief Profile
Komenda Senior High Technical School was established by the Government of Ghana in accordance with PNDC Law 207 as a community, co-educational and day institution in January, 1991. This was to make education more relevant to the needs of the society. The school premise was once used by the naval wing of Ghana Armed Forces as barracks during the Second World War (1939 – 1945). Later, it was used as an experimental Junior Secondary School. The motor of the school is “Dzinpa yie sen ahonya”. The main colours of the school are mauve and white.
