Holy Child School

Brief Profile

Holy Child School, also known as Angel's Hill/Monks, is a female second-cycle institution in Cape Coast in the Central Region of Ghana. It was founded by the Society of the Holy Child Jesus (SHCJ) in the year 1946 to provide education to Catholics within the region. It started as a combined Teacher Training College and Secondary School with 120 students.

The school’s vision is to provide a world class quality education that takes into account the total and harmonious development of the girl-child.

MISSION

To develop the individual talents and abilities of girls to the highest possible level, ensure the total development of girls to equip them to face the world and to inculcate in young ladies the virtues of humility and commitment to God and mankind.
