Aggrey Memorial Zion Senior High

Brief Profile

The school was founded by the late Rev. Dr. A.W.E. Appiah on 22nd January,1940 with six (6) boys. He named the school Aggrey Memorial College after his late uncle, Dr. J. E. Kwegyir Aggrey. The school led a nomadic life for eighteen years, moving from one premises to another (six times) before settling on present location, Brafoyaw. The school currently has a population of over 2500 and offers all programmes in second cycle institutions except Technical. It is a co-educational institution.

To oﬀer adequate high school education that would be benefcial to students in a way that they would be well- placed to immensely contribute to the development of mother Ghana.
