Guakro Effah Senior High Technical School

Brief Profile

Guakro Eﬀah Senior High School was established by the late chief Nana Kwasi Eﬀah, the then chief of Oﬀuman as a community Day school on the 13th of February, 1991 in conjunction with the Traditional Council and the entire community. The school started with twenty-fve (25) students and fve (5) teachers including the Headmaster formed the pioneer staﬀ of the school. The teachers were paid by the Town Development Committee (TDC). It started with the General Arts and General Agriculture programme.

To be one of the best senior high schools in Ghana that oﬀers academic excellence and sound moral values.

MISSION

To educate young men and women to enable them to develop their fullest potentials and be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to assume their rightful role and contribute meaningfully to a changing society.
