St. George's Senior High Technical

Brief Profile

St. George’s Senior High Technical School, located at Kuntanase in the Bosomtwe District, started as a Private Vocational School by Rev. Fr. Theresa Paul Amoako in the year 1987. The school which started on a veranda was formally called Our Lady of the Grotto Apprenticeship. The aim of the school was to train and educate the youth in the community especially girls with employable skills to prevent early school drop out and to promote girl child education in the area. It was absorbed into the Public System in 2013.

To be the preferred institution of young people who seek to develop their talents, through souwnd, moral and intellectual training, in accordance with Catholic traditions for the common good.

To deliver top-quality and holistic education based on academic excellence and sound moral discipline for the total development of its students, in accordance with Catholic traditions.
