Osei Tutu Senior High

Brief Profile

Osei Tutu Senior High School was founded by The Methodist Church Ghana in 1940 as a boys boarding school. In 1955, the school became a training college until 1972 when the school turned to a secondary school. It was the late Otumfuo Agyeman Prempeh II who asked the Methodist Church to name the school after Otumfuo Osei Tutu I, the founder of Ashanti kingdom. My Utmost for His Highest is the motto of the school

VISION

Osei Tutu Senior High School is a Methodist institution set up to achieve a high level of academic and moral excellence with a view to serving as a torch bearer to reflect the hopes and aspirations of Asanteman in particular and Ghanaians in general.

MISSION

Through the programmes, the school has always focused on the achievement of both academic and moral excellence, creating an atmosphere conducive for learning and engaging teachers who are highly motivated.
