Brief Profile
The School started as a private SHS and was absorbed into the public schools stream in the 2009/2010 academic year. The idea to establish this school was conceived by the following Ghana Muslim Mission (Ashanti) members:Alhaji Mohammed Yeboah, Alhaji Adam Seth, Alhaji Yusuf Nyamekye, Alhaji Ibrahim Baryeh, Alhaji Gyamfi, Yakubu Mensa, Sheikh Adam Appiedu, Papa Adam Dwomoh, Alhaji Kweku Kru, Mallam Abubakar, Kramo Siaka Sam Boakye, Alhaji Maama, Alhaji Musah Kofi Nuamah and others. This was aimed at finding solutions to the needs of the youth especially Muslims who could not have access to Senior Secondary School education or circular education. In 1967, the schools initial enrollment was thirteen (13) with only one girl. In 1967, the first headmaster appointed was Sheik Fadul-Rahman from Pakistan.
