Bankoman Senior High

Brief Profile

Bankoman Senior High School was established in as a Community Day Secondary School to provide secondary education for the students of Banko and the surrounding villages. It failed on three occasions until 2012 when it was absorbed into the Public System. The school is situated on a 90 acre land at Banko in the Sekyere Kumawu District of Ashanti Region.

VISION

The vision of the school is to be the one of the best schools with an excellent record to ensure a holistic development of the boys and girls with the high moral, social and academic standards to enable them to contribute positively towards the development of their families, community and the country as a whole.

MISSION

To eﬀectively utilize the limited resources available in teaching, non-teaching staﬀ, and other facilities to promote teaching and learning and also to provide requisite training to our students through fares, exhibitions, sports, etc. to develop their capabilities at all levels of life.
