Brief Profile
Its a Catholic Mission co-educational institution which also serves as a Seminary for the Konongo Mampong diocese. The school was started by a private man called Mr. Kwaku Addae and named Sekyereman Secondary School in 1968. By 1977, the Catholic Church had adopted the school and turned it into a Polytechnic by name Sekyereman Catholic Polytechnic. Later in 1980, it merged with the then J. C. Akosah Business College to be called Sekyereman Catholic Secondary Commercial School. It became a public school under the Ghana Education Service in 1989. The first headmaster was Rev. Fr. Savino Agnoli. The school became a Minor Seminary and a Senior High School in 2001.
